High Tunnel Drip Irrigation Kit
Mindful Farmer Irrigation Kits are sized specifically for each of our high tunnel models and designed according to NRCS micro-irrigation specifications. Each kit provides a simple, durable, and flexible drip irrigation system that can be installed along with your high tunnel.
Our kits are designed around beds spaced on approximately 4-foot centers. A 20-foot-wide high tunnel is configured for five beds, while a 30-foot-wide high tunnel is configured for seven beds. Each bed receives two drip lines with emitters spaced every 12 inches for consistent watering throughout the growing area.
Each individual drip line includes its own shutoff valve, giving you greater control over how your tunnel is irrigated. Individual lines can be turned on or off, allowing you to stop watering an unused bed, adjust irrigation for different crops, or manage beds with different water needs.
